crazy, busy. it's almost thursday.

This week has been really hectic. Lots of deadlines, with little time left. blah.
I want the weekend to come sooner, but in a way, I also dread its coming.

Nick's taking off next week during his days off to see his family. He won't be here on Valentine's day, so we celebrated it last night. He took me to Red Lobster because I've never been there before, and I LOVE seafood. yum. There was an amusing moment when the waiter switched our orders. He probably thought that the guy would have the bigger serving...haha. Nope, I'm the pig, besides, Nick doesn't like crab or lobster.

We didn't really have a late night since it's a weekday and I had to go to work this morning. We couldn't find any ice cream/frozen yogurt places by our apartment, so we just dropped by Blockbuster before we called it a night. They had DVDs on sale for 4.99.

It was fun to just hang out though. I hardly see him now since he works 8-8(pm-am) and our days off don't coincide. We got to talk more in depth with each other, instead of the typical random chit-chat. We decided that we didn't need a pre-set holiday to make time for each other. Sure Valentine's is special, but if we really wanted, we can make any day special. I'm going to be sad when he leaves though...

We bought Mulan 2. Can't say it blew me away like Mulan. I say, save your money towards a rental instead.

Cool fact: Lea Salonga is still the singing voice of Mulan for M2.
Interesting fact: Eddie Murphy doesn't lend his voice to the 'indestructible' Mushu for M2. But everyone else stayed with the project.
