ok, so how do you fix an arcade machine?

Nick bought an arcade machine on ebay a few weeks ago, and he picked it up today from the freight company (it's 300 lbs!!!). Anyway, it seems to be working except for the monitor; the video is scrolling up and not steady.

I just got off the phone with Nick and he was like, "Fix it. You're a computer person; you can figure it out. I trust you."

Uhhhhh. Yeah, but I'm not an electronics person. How the heck am I going to figure this out?? *grrr* I'm the one who's supposed to tell him to fix it. darn boys.

ugh.
