cracked!!

After a trip to Oroville, visiting Nick's fam, I opened my laptop to find... my screen cracked!



Ugh.

And I don't know how on earth it broke. ugh. Serves me right for putting the lappie in a backpack instead of a normal laptop bag (I put it in a backpack because I had to ride the bus downtown with my luggage.)

And guess how much it costs to replace it if I had to get the parts from the HP store?
$647!

Thank goodness for ebay.

And fix-it-yourself instructions on the web. :)
