I saw the movie on Thanksgiving day with a friend. I was debating up until the night before whether I wanted to see it or not... but when we saw that there were morning shows, we figured might as well.

Unfortunately, I think the movie's low budget caused its artistic demise. The following things made me laugh:

Dialogue.
- Yes I knew going in it was going to be cheesy, but some of the filler comments were just awkward. (or sounded forced)

Why o why Yorkie?
- Guess this relates to #1. Why must the token minorities have the awkward lines.

Edward ready to spew in the biology room.
- I thought he was supposed to be thirsty not nauseated. :)

Extreme paleness, bleached blonde = lemon creme pie
- 2 words. Dr. Cullen.

Running up the hill
- Or was it more floating?

Sparklies, oh the sparklies.

Flying backwards in bella's room

I'm just hoping the special effects are better in the next movie... But for the most part, the scenery was breathtaking and storyline pretty much true to the book. And did anyone see SM's cameo? fun stuff.

The baseball scenes were also very cool.

Oh Nikki, you totally nailed it! From Edward being 'sick' in Biology (what was that about?) to him flying backwards during the kissing scene... too funny!
I hope that New Moon will have a bigger budget. I still found it entertaining... and as always, the book is way better.

I just had to comment hehe on Jasper. Correct me if I'm wrong, he's supposed to be the charismatic one who could influence other people's emotions, right? Why the 'always in pain' look just to stress his adjustment into being a vegetarian vampire?

Amy- I hope new moon's better too. It's funny how I'll probably still go that even though this one's pretty amusing. ;).

Dona - oo nga, minimal lang dialogue tapos mukhang laging pikon. Although, I <3 his bat flipping skills sa bball game. :D.

I forgot to add, Alice ROCKS with the head snapping! lol.

I read the books days before I saw the movie. I think I went in there with the knowledge that it was targeted toward 13-16 years olds and that it WAS going to be bad. I definitely laughed out loud at all those cheesy moments, but I didn't think it was as bad as could have been. Then again, I tried watching it again online, and it was almost unbearable. HAH.
