Tivo's been really busy adding 'connected' features to its service to set it apart from the other DVRs in the market.
I signed up to get on the priority upgrade list when I heard that Tivo is partnering with Yahoo to bring content to the box. Little did I know what other things were in store!
Now you can view your Yahoo! Photos, get weather information (Yahoo! Weather), get up-to-date traffic information (Yahoo! Traffic, not all locations are available), browse/buy movie tickets (Fandango), listen to net radio (Live365), listen to your fave podcasts ((Podcaster) - you are not forced to listen to the featured casts, you can insert the URL of your faves), and play games! Sweet!
