Dead man's chest

We watched Dead Man's chest on Friday night. I really didn't know what to expect, especially since there were mixed reviews. I enjoyed it for the most part. It seemed there were less comedic scenes in this movie than the first one. Some scenes were pretty intense (even though you knew it was mostly CGI), especially for a Disney movie. Some of the characters' behaviors were frustrating.

Peeves:
I was annoyed with Elizabeth for intensely making out with Sparrow. If she was only kissing him half-heartedly, it wouldn't have been as bad. But she was ALL OVER him... And Will was right there watching. Which leads me to the next annoying thing. Will Turner, you spaz, you just let your fiancée get it on with a guy who has taken advantage of you over and over and over again. And you were still willing to risk it all to find him? What a pansy. Almost as bad as Paris in Troy. Unless of course you were looking for some sweet revenge. Ha! I guess we'll find out next year...



But aside from the peeves, it was a good movie. Could be better, but not disappointing.
