Crazy. For the past couple of hours, forest fires have been raging just a few miles past our apartment. It's up in the mountains, so no homes in our area will be affected. Firefighters have been battling the flames since lightning caused it at around noon.
Not everyone was left unharmed though, apparently the fire left a family of six homeless today. So sad.
