Last year the rates were for online banks were pretty good. At one point we saw that Zions bank was actually topping the competition, so we signed up.

I've been a Zions bank customer for all of my undergrad and I've always liked them... You can't beat great customer service.

I just wish their technology stepped up to match 2008...

Case in point, we had to sign up w/ a paper form to even get on the online account. It's ironic. Paper to get online. And now, to even just fund the account, I have to fill up another form and mail it off. What are they thinking? Any other bank lets you do all that online. The most annoying part is, their help section even outlines how to do all this 'online'. But what do you get when you actually have to go through the process? A friggin PDF you'll have to print off and mail...
