Anyone know if United or US Airways employs a call center company in the Philippines? I just got off the phone with a United rep and she really sounded like she's from there. Don't get me wrong, her english was really good and she was quite helpful (though she ended with the 'expected' sales pitch hahaha). She just had the 'pinoy twang' in certain words.

I was trying to ask her if she was going on lunch soon to figure out what timezone she was on, but she kept avoiding small talk. Is there a rule on that? (whoops, didn't want to get her in trouble) She seemed really wary on what information she shared. Though she did finally say that she'll have lunch in a bit.

I'm just intrigued!
