Turning 21 tomorrow. It won't be much of a birthday because Nick will be working all day. :p

My co-workers are cool. I've only been around for two weeks, yet they still went around and signed a card for me. In fact, some were even offering to bring beers. lol. I don't drink (and still won't, even after tomorrow), but it's funny anyway.

They started giving me tips on how not to get too hammered, how to avoid hangovers (ask me how! lol), etc. I guess turning 21 is such a big thing here.

I'm really liking my job now. Actually, I have never not liked it (double negatives?). I enjoyed it from the very first day. I'm learning so much. My supervisors are supportive of everything. I can take advantage of all the resources that we have available. Plus we get free drinks (every softdrink/soda/pop, dairy, juice, hot drink imaginable...well, to a certain extent). It's awesome!

My bosses are funny too. Especially when you bring up the State of California to one of them. His classic phrase is, "That state is just full of fruits and nuts." Lol. That's true in more ways than one! Even Nick agrees, and he's from there!

Anyway... I'm glad it's the weekend. I get to rest my eyes. They're getting really blurry. Gotta see the doc soon.
