How full is your bucket?

My bucket is quite full.
When I first started this job, I was told at orientation not to expect any comments (good or bad) from my supervisors. Maybe I'll get some feedback in a month or so when they do evaluations, but that's about it.
Boy, that was way off.
My sups are awesome! They don't fail to say thanks whenever something gets done. And even when the results are not quite up to par, they praise for the effort. Obviously they have high expectations, but it feels good to match/exceed those expectations, especially when you feel like they're proud of what you do and what you've done so far. :)

On another note, I want to work for this company one day (the consulting division).
I came close at one point, but I guess God had different things in mind for me during that time.
