the doc says...

I just got back from my appointment, and *poof* $90 are now gone from my bank.
The good news though, my prescription hasn't changed much. My left eye's doing ok, my right eye has now tied my left eye's prescription. I do have astigmatism, but it's not enough to actually force me to get toric lenses (which cost a LOT for just one box).
The doc was cool. He recognized where I went to school, just by looking at where I had my last checkup. He went to Wazoo (Washington State U) (as opposed to U-dub, Univ of Washington, not to be confused with Univ of Wyoming. :P), but he has a lot of friends that went my school (BYU-Idaho, formerly Ricks College, (go Vikings!))... I actually thought he'd charge me more, but he charged me the minimum for glasses/contact lens exam...AND he gave me two brands of lenses to try out. AND two free lens solution packs. :) COOL!. I saved about $10 just on the lens cases.
Not bad.
Ok, now I'm off to watch Harry Potter 2. I'm lucky that the clubhouse movie library had it today.
