I got bored so I changed the layout. But as I've learned in both systems analysis and business operations classes, the developer's view is not and should not be the final result.
End-user involvement is critical in all stages of development. It all depends on the end user if he/she is comfortable with the presented system and if he can navigate easily. If not, time, labor, and most likely money have been wasted.
A good design is not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional as well. So feel free to comment... In fact, please do. I could always use some feedback.
